Lets start
First Of All Go To Your PC
Press Windows Key + R
You Find Run 
Then Type prefetch And click OK And Continue
After this  Select All And delete using Press Shift + Del and enter
Now again Go To Run and type %temp% And Press Enter
Then Again Select All And Delete
Now agian go to Run and type Recent then select all and delete
After This Restart Your PC 
>Then Go To control panel and find Mouse there Now increase the speed of mouse
Now right click on My computer and go to properties
Then Go to Advance system setting 
Now click on first setting 
Now click On Adjust for best Performance and click Apply and save Now your PC is Successfully Speed Up.
